If you qualify following criteria than you may eligible for this visa
you have a successful business background;
you have a qualifying business and for at least 2 of the 4 financial years before the application you have net assets in that business of at least A$200,000;
the business has an annual turnover of at least A$500,000 per annum;
you have personal and net assets of at least A$500,000 which are available for transfer to Australia;
you have sufficient assets to settle in Australia;
you are under 45 years of age and have vocational English; and
You have spent at least 50% of your time managing the business.
